Girl in a Storm Wins at Belmont Park

Our four year old Metal Storm mare Girl in a Storm continued on with her consistent form of late by leading throught to win race 2 at Belmont Park today. Jumping smartly and being rated perfectly in front by William Pike, she dashed away around the corner to leave the lamenting pack to fight out the placings-eventually being eased down to win by two lengths.

The win takes her most recent record to 4 wins from her last 5 starts and a rare 10 "first 3" finishes from her last 11 starts! Now that's consistent!

She continues to work her way up through the classes and will most probably be given the opportunity to again have another crack at winning a Saturday race very shortly... Here's the video of the win!
