The Black Flash Runs Third at Ascot

The Black Flash made his return to racing in exciting fashion, when, after having been off the scene for 12 months, he was well placed throughout and fought out a three way finish to just go down narrowly by a neck and long neck.

Trainer Trevor Andrews presented the horse in magnificent condition pre race, and this caused many to have another bet! Stable apprentice Ritchie Rhodes took advantage of the inside barrier and had his mount perfectly placed throughout giving him every chance-and his followers a big thrill as they raced to the line.
Interestingly, Flash was the recipient of a stem cell technology transplant earlier this year in the hope of correcting a minor strain to a suspensory ligament.
The 'Flash will have a couple of weeks between runs and will most likley have his next run at Ascot on Magic Millions Day
