"Bossy" Wins FOUR at Randwick!

Champion hoop GLEN BOSS had a terrific day in the saddle at Randwick last Saturday not only winning the first 3 races on the card, but also taking out the Group 2 Chelmsford Stakes on the top line galloper EREMEIN.

For me though, his absolute genius in the saddle was displayed with his masterful ride on Ausbred King. With the leader setting a slow early pace, Glen seized the initiative and sent his mount around the outside to take up the running and in turn then proceeded to also slow up the pace albeit in a position where it suited him! Unbelieveably, the other jocks let him get away with it, and of course, when the sprint went on from the 600m, there was little hope that any of the others behind him, (it was just an average race with no obvious high class gallopers) could get by and the race was his. It's my opinion that jockeys Australia wide should be made to sit and watch the tape of that race and learn from the genious that is Glen Boss!

Got that right, the "Boss" sure could whip them into shape, so to speak.
